    Terms and conditions

    1. Purpose:
    This contract sets out the terms and conditions for the use of the activity card for AØH, which provides access to various activities and discount agreements arranged by AØH.

    2. Use of the Activity Card:
    The activity card belongs to the buyer's holiday home and can be used by the holiday home owner as well as all overnight guests/tenants at the holiday home's address. The activity card cannot be transferred or sold to a third party without written agreement with AØH.

    3. Validity Period:
    The activity card is valid for one year from the purchase date.

    4. Changes and Cancellation:
    AØH reserves the right to make adjustments to the price and terms of use of the activity card with reasonable notice. The subscription is automatically renewed for one year at a time. If the subscription is not to be renewed, it must be cancelled electronically before the expiration date. An automatic reminder of the renewal will be sent 14 days before the expiration date. The reminder will include a link for possible cancellation of the subscription. The reminder will be sent to the email address provided when the activity card was purchased.

    5. Access to Activities:
    The activity card provides access to a selection of activities and discount agreements arranged by AØH. The holiday home owner, as well as guests and tenants, can sign up for the desired activities in accordance with the procedures established by AØH.

    6. Payment:
    The holiday home owner is charged an annual fee for the activity card subscription. In case of adjustments to the subscription price, any price change will take effect only from the next renewal of the subscription.

    7. Disclaimer:
    AØH assumes no responsibility for any damages, losses, or accidents that may occur in connection with the holiday home owner, guest, or tenant’s use of facilities/participation in activities covered by the activity card.

    8. Confidentiality:
    The holiday home owner, guests, and tenants agree to treat all information received in connection with the use of the activity card as confidential and not to disclose it to third parties.

    9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
    This contract is governed by Danish law. Any dispute that may arise in connection with the contract shall be attempted to be resolved through negotiations between the parties. If negotiations do not lead to a solution, the dispute shall be settled by the Danish courts.
